市售驅蟲藥MEBENDAZOLE，PYRANTEL PAMOATE，PYRVINIUM PAMOTE製劑之品質調查
An Investigation of Mebendazole Pyrantel Pamoate and Pyrvinium Pamoate in Taiwan Area
摘要
本調查報告從臺北市、高雄市及臺灣省北、中、南、東部各縣市藥房、藥局抽購驅蟲劑「Mebendazole, Pyrantel Pamoate, Pyrvinium Pamoate」等製劑共有203件，檢驗其品質（包括一般檢查、鑑別、含量測定），結果Mebendazole製劑143件中有6件不合格佔4.2%；Pyrantel Pamoate製劑計55件中有1件不合格，佔1.8%；Pyrvinium Pamoate製劑有5件，均合格。

In order to understand the quality of mebendazole, pyrantel pamoate pyrvinium pamoate, 203 samples were purchased from different counties and cities in Taiwan. All of the samples were investigated for mean weight, weight uniformity, identity of drug, drug content, and disintegration. The samples were determined by the method as described in the USP XXII and/or NLFD. The quality of the products was generally satisfactory, although in the two samples the disintegration test did not comply with the criterion, and in five samples the assay was less than 90% of the declared value.
