八十一年度市售蔬果農藥殘留量調查
Survey of Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

The pesticide residues in as93 fruit and vegetable samples were analyzed with a multiresidue method from July 1991 to June 1992 in Taiwan, The results showed that 327 of 1293 samples (25.3%) contained pesticide residues but only 55 samples (4.2%) violated the Tolerance set by Department of Health, the highest violation rate was found in beans. The incidence of pesticide residues varied from samples to samples, the highest incidence was found in cole & headed vegetables.
