農產品中貝芬替殘留量標準檢驗方法之建立

Establishment of Standard Analytical Methods for Determination of Pesticide Residues in Crops-Tests of Carbendazim

摘要


貝芬替(Carbendazim)屬氨基甲酸鹽系農藥,本研究發展出利用高效液相層析(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)檢驗作物中貝芬替殘留量之方法。貝芬替以丙酮自米、敏豆、木耳、小白菜、芒果、柑橘、楊桃中萃取出,經酸性氧化鋁(Acid aluminium cartridge)及碳+八(C18 Cartridge)層析管柱串聯淨化後以UV 280nm波長偵測之,結果添加0.25~3.0 ppm檢體濃度之平約回收率為85.4~99.0%,最低檢出量在敏豆中為0.03 ppm。

Methods using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine Carbendazim in crops have been developed. Carbendazim was extracted from crops, using acetone; it's analysis was determined by UV 280 nm after purification. Studies, performed at 0.25~3.0 ppm fortification levels, showed recovery between 85.4~99.0%. The limit of detection of Carbendazim in kidney bean tested was 0.03ppm.
