台灣地區市售Propranolol HCl錠劑之溶離度試驗調查
An Investigation for the Dissolution Test of Propranolol HCl Tablets in Taiwan
摘要
Propranolol HCl為常用之抗心律不整及降血壓製劑。為了解在市售之品質，乃於民國82年度，由全省各縣市抽購國產及進口Propranolol HCl製劑35件，其中國產製劑23件（佔總件數65.7%），分別由12個不同廠商製造，進口12件（佔總件數34.3%）約係同一家產品。依據美國藥典第二十二版，進行溶離度試驗。結果35件，全部合格。

In order to assess the dissolution properties of propranolol hydrochloride tablets, thirty-five samples were purchased from different counties and cities in Taiwan from August 1992 to June 1993. The results showed that all the samples met the dissolution requirement stipulated by government regulation (30 minutes released at least 75%).
