Investigation of the Quality of Chinese Herbal Drugs

摘要

自臺灣地區北、中、南部中藥店抽購炮薑、蒼耳子、射干、續斷、莪朮、鉤藤、天南星、酸棗仁、辛夷、威靈仙、柏子仁、丹參、百部、巴戟天、益智併、蓮子、苦參根、苦參子、百合、天麻等二十種藥村進行分析，每種各20件，計400件。就乾燥減重、稀醇抽提物、總灰分、酸不溶性灰分等項目及薄層層析分析法，說各藥材之共同性予以鑑別評估。並以高效液相層析法針對炮薑之6-gingerol成分予以定量，其結果含量在0.15~3.72 mg/g之間，其他各項分析結果如下：1.乾燥減重項：超出Mean+ S.D.值之檢體數達20%以上之藥村有蒼耳子、續斷、莪朮、天南星、酸棗仁及百合等，超出Mean+ S.D.值者共25件，占總體數之6.25%。⒉稀醇抽提物項：底於Mean-S.D.值之檢體數達20%以上之藥村有蒼耳子、酸棗仁、辛夷、威靈仙、益智仁、苦參子及百合，低於Mean-S.D.值者共33件，占總體數之8.25%。⒊總灰分項：超出Mean+ S.D.值之檢體數達20%以上之藥材有炮薑、續斷、天南星、酸棗仁、辛夷、苦參根及天麻等，超出Mean+S.D.值者共29件，占總體數之7.25%。⒋酸不溶性灰分項：超出Mean+S.D.值之檢體數達20%以上之藥村有蒼耳子、續斷、天南星、辛夷、丹參、百部、巴戟天及苦參根等，超出Mean + S.D.值者33件，占總體數之8.25%。

In order to investigate the quality of chinese herbal drugs twenty crude drugs including: Zingiberis Siccatum Rhizoma, Xanthii Fructus, Belamcandae Rhizoma, Dipsaci Radix, Zedoariae Rhizoma, Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus, Arisaematis Rhizoma, Zizyphi Spin osi semen, Magnoliae Flos, Clematidis Radix, Thujae Orientalis Semen, Miltiorrhizae Radix, Stemonae Radix, Morindae Radix, Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Nelumbinis Semen, Sophorae Radix, Sophorae Seed, Lilii Bulbus and Gastrodiae Rhizoma, in a sum of four hundred samples were randomly collected from the markets in northern, central and southern Taiwan. The loss on drying, diluted ethanol-soluble extractive, total ash and acid-insoluble ash of herbs were investigated. At the same time thin layer chromatography was used for the qualitative analysis of some known constituents of crude drugs. In addition, high performance liquid chromatography was implemented for the quantitative analysis of 6-gingerol in Zingiberis Siccatum Rhizoma. The result was that the content of 6-gingerol was between 0.5-3.70 mg/g.
