以電子捕獲式檢出器之氣相層析儀檢測市售人參、當歸、地黃、大棗中藥村中之有機氣農藥之殘留量。其檢測項目包括α-BHC、β-BHC、γ-BHC、pp'-DDT、Aldrin、Dieldrin、Heptachlor 、Endrin、Heptachlor epoxide等九種。以本分析方法,檢測該九種有機氣農藥,其最低檢出限量分別為:α-BHC 9.0 ppb、β-BHC 10.0 ppb、γ-BHC 12.0 ppb、pp'-DDT 15.0 ppb、Aldrin 9.0 ppb、Dieldrin 11.0 ppb、Heptachlor 11.0 ppb、Endrin 12.0 ppb、Heptachlor epoxide 11.0 ppb。其添加回收率介於85.5~91.3%之間。經本分析方法檢測,一百件檢體均未檢出上述九種有機氯農藥。
In this survey, nine kinds of pesticide residuls in 100 samples of marketed Chinese herbs including Ginseng Radix, Angelicae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix and Zizyphi Fructus were carried out by GC/ECD. Nine organic chlorinated pesticides (α-BHC, β-BHC, γ-BHC, Heptachlor, Aldrin, Heptachlor epoxide, Dieldrin, Endrin, pp'-DDT) were investigated. The detection limits of this method were 9.0 ppb for α-BHC, 10.0 ppb for β-BHC, 12.0 ppb for γ-BHC, 11.0 ppb for Heptachlor, 9.0 ppb for Aidrin, 11.0 ppb for Heptachior epoxide, 11.0 ppb for Dieldrin, 12.0 ppb for Endrin, and 15.0 ppb for pp’-DDT. The recoveries were 86.9-88.2% for α-BHC, 85.8~86.5% for β-BHC, 85.9~86.5% for γ-BHC, 88.3~89.4% for Heptachlor, 87.6~89.4% for Aidrin, 89.4~90.7% for Heptachlor epoxide, 89.5~91.3% for Dieldrin, 86.5~91.l% for Endrin, and 87.3~90.0% for pp'-DDT. None of the one hundred herbal samples collected randomly from Chinese herb shops in Taipei City were found to have contained any of the above mentioned.
