大陸酒類有機氯劑殘留量調查

A Survery on the Organochlorine Pesticide Residues in Wines from Mainland China

摘要


本計畫爲本局八十五年度施政計畫「大陸藥物食品檢驗」之分支計畫。大陸地區曾使用易長期積存環境土壤中之有機氯劑,其中酒多以米、麥、高梁、甘藷、水果、中藥…等作物作爲原料;爲了解其殘留情形,透過財政部關稅局取得大陸酒類72件,另以市售國產酒類28件對照比較之,檢體共有100件。而檢測之有機氯劑包括aldrin、α-BHC、chlorothalonil、4,4'-DDE、4,4-DDT、dicofol、dieldrin、endosulfan、endrin、heptachlor、heptachlorepoxide及lindane等12種,其檢驗方法乃參照行政院衛生署公告之『食品中殘留農藥檢驗方法-多重殘留分析法』,最低檢出量爲0.01~0.04μg/ml,而平均回收率爲86.5%~107.3%。100件酒類檢體結果均未檢出。

In an attempt to assess the organochlorine pesticide residues in wines from mainland China, A survey was conducted from July 1995 to June 1996. A total of 72 samples were collected from the Ministry of Finance. A simple, rapid and reliable multiresidue method for simultaneous detemination of twelve organochlorines (aldrin, α-BHC, Chlorothalonil, 4,4'-DDE, 4,4'-DDT, dicofol, dielrin, endosulfan, endrin, heptachlor, heptachlore-poxide and lindane)was used. The limits of detection and recoveries of organochlorines tested were 0.01~0.04 μg/ml and 86.5%~107.3%, respectively.
