手洗式食品用液態洗潔劑之衛生安全調查
Survey on the Hygienic Safety Status of Hand-Washed Liquid Detergents for Food Utensils
摘要
洗潔劑由於使用較為方便，已成為一般家庭中用以洗滌碗盤不可或缺的清潔用品。市面販售之洗潔劑依成分區分，可分為天然及化學合成洗潔劑。由於大多數消費者仍傾向使用化學合成洗潔劑，故為防止此種洗潔劑在使用時，其不良成分如砷、重金屬及甲醇等殘留於食品或食品器具中，經由攝食進入體內造成傷害，故本局於民國八十五年十二月至八十六年三月，在台北市超級市場、商店及製造商，抽購進口產品9件及國產品41件，共計50件，依據行政院衛生署公告之「手洗式食品用液態洗潔劑衛生標準」進行砷、重金屬、酸鹼度及甲醇等項目檢驗，以了解其是否符合食品用的規定。 結果顯示：砷及重金屬含量均在合格標準以下。酸鹼度：9件進口產品的pH值為6.25~7.91，均與規定相符；41件國產品的pH值為3.60~8.62，不合格有9件，不合格率佔總抽驗件數的18.0%。甲醇含量：9件進口產品中檢出7件含有甲醇，其甲醇含量為0.01%~0.29%，而超出衛生標準者有2件，含量分別為0.29%及0.23%，不合格率佔總抽驗件數的4.0%；41件國產品中檢出3件含有甲醇，其甲醇含量為0.03%~0.09%，均符合衛生標準。綜合本次調查結果，所抽驗的50件產品中，有11件產品與規定不符，不合格率為22.0%。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十六年五月二十八日發布新聞在案。

From December 1996 to March 1997, a total of 50 samples of hand-washed liquid detergents for food utensils were examined for their sanitation and safety status. These samples consisted of nine imported samples and forty-one domestic samples. All tests were performed following the Hygienic Standards of hand-washed liquid detergents for food utensils. The results concluded that the contents of arsenic and heavy metal in all samples were below the hygienic limit. The pH values of nine domestic samples were found to contain methanol, above the hygienic limit 0.1%. Among the fifty samples tested, eleven samples did not correspond to the regulation set by the Department of Health.
