農產品中益多松殘留量檢驗方法之建立
An Analytical Method for the Determination of Etrimfos Residue in Crops
摘要
本計劃建立以氣相層析法(Gas chromatography, GC)分析農產品中殺蟲劑(insecticide)益多松(etrimfos)殘留量檢驗方法。益多松以丙酮自作物中抽出，再以二氯甲烷萃取，經減壓濃縮、淨化、溶出及定容後，以氣相層析儀配合DB-5毛細層析管及PFPD檢出器檢測定量之。添加益多松0.1~0.3ppm檢體濃度於小漿果類楊桃中之平均回收率為90.2~97.3%，變異係數為2.8~4.9%，最低檢出限量為0.02ppm。依此方法進行市售小漿果類作物之農藥殘留量調查，抽樣市售小漿果類檢體共計八件，檢驗結果約未檢出益多松殘留。

A gas chromatogaphy method in determining etrimfos rsidues in crops was developed. Residues of etrimfos was extracted from crops with organic solvent and determined by GC with DB-608 capillary column after purification. Recovery studies were performed with small barries at 0.1~0.3ppm fortification levels, and recoveries were between 90.2~97.3%, respectively. The tested detection limit in carambola was 0.02ppm. No residue of etrimfos was detected in 8 small berries which were sampled from traditional markets.
