市售Ampicillin膠囊製劑力價之調查
Potency of Ampicillin Products in Taiwan Area
摘要
本計畫於民國89年2月至89年4月委託台北市政府衛生局、高雄市政府衛生局及各縣市衛生局到各公私立醫院或藥局抽樣Ampicillin膠囊製劑之檢體共96件，包括國產品76件及輸入品20件。依據高效液相層析法(HPLC)予以檢驗，結果含量均符合藥典中之規定(90%~120%)，合格率為100%。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十九年八月三十一日發佈新聞在案。

In order to assess the potency of ampicillin products, 96 samples (76 domestic, 20 imported) were collected from different counties and cities throughout Taiwan area from February to April, 2000. The components in all samples were determined by a high performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC). The results show that all samples met the potency requirement of the governmental regulations (90~120%).
