市售細辛藥材之鑑別

Studies on Adulteration and Misusage of Asari Radi in the Market

摘要


細辛為常用中藥之一,來源為馬兜鈴科(Aristolochiaceae)植物東北細辛Asarum heterotropoides: Fr. Schumidt var mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag.及同屬近緣植物乾燥根及根莖。為了解該類藥材之使用情形,於台北、台中及高雄地區採逢機取樣方式價購細辛檢體共54件,並收集對照藥材東北細辛、大花細辛A. macranthum Hook.、大屯細辛A. taitonensis Hayata、芋葉細辛A. hayatanum Maekawa、杜衡A. forbesii Maxim.以供比對。此54件檢體經性狀特徵、組織鏡檢、解離要素及化學法鑑別,並與對照藥材及文獻比對,經確認均屬於東北細辛。而54件檢體中,34件檢體以根及根莖入藥,另20件檢體以全草入藥。依文獻記載,藥用部位應使用根與根莖為宜。

Xi-Xin (Asari Radi) is the dried roots and rhizomes of Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schumidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. of Aristolochiaceae. In this study, we purchased fifty-four samples of XiXin from Chinese herbal stores in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung areas. In addition, we applied Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schumidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag, A. macranthum Hook, A. taitonensis Hayata, A. hayatanum Maekawa and A. forbesii Maxim. as authentic materials. Samples were compared to the authentic materials and identified with their characteristics by morphology, microscopy and thin layer chromatographic analysis. The result showed that all samples were Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schumidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. Among those fifty-four samples, thirty-four samples consisted of dried roots and rhizomes, the others were made of dried whole plants. According to literature reviews, the roots and rhizomes of Xi-Xin are more stuitable to be used as Chinese herb medication.
