九十二年度醬油中3-單氯丙二醇含量之調查

Survey on 3-monochloro-1, 2-propandiol (3-MCPD) Contents of Soy Sauce Products in Taiwan during Fiscal Year 2003

摘要


本年度針對91年度醬油中3-單氯丙二醇(3-monochloro-1,2-propandiol, 3-MCPD)檢測結果含量高於0.1ppm之醬油檢體進行抽驗,以了解92年度市售醬油中3-MCPD含量之改善情形。由台北下等13個縣市政府衛生局協助至該轄區之醬油工廠或零售店進行採樣,共計採得國產醬油檢體39件。採得之檢體送至本局檢驗,以衛生署公告之GC/MS方法進行檢測,方法最低檢出限量為0.01ppm。檢驗結果7件醬油檢出3-MCPD,含量範圍為0.02ppm至0.1ppm,含量結果均與規定相符。本調查曾於92年11月26日發布新聞在案。

A survey on 3-monochloro-1, 2-propandiol (3-MCPD) content in soy sauce products in Taiwan was conducted during fiscal year 2003 for realizing the distributions of 3-MCPD. Thirty-nine samples of soy sauce products were sampled from manufacturers or retail outlets by the local health bureaus in thirteen cities and counties. The samples were analyzed by using GC/MS method (detection limit 0.01 ppm) that was validated and promulgated by the Department of Health to chck for compliance with the regulatory limit for 3-MCPD. The result showed that 32 samples of domestic soy sauce were ND and 7 samples of domestic soy sauce contained 3-MCPD with concentrations in the range of 0.01 to 0.1ppm. All of the samples were found to comply with the regulatory limit for 3-MCPD. The concentration level was also found to have a significant decrease in comparison to the survey result in 2002 and 2000.
