應用二種管柱後衍生化反應分析食品中黃麴毒素之比較

Comparison of Two High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Post-Column Derivatization Systems for Testing Aflatoxins in Food

摘要


為建立更有效能之食品中黃麴毒素檢驗方法,以高效液相層析管柱後光化學反應測試黃麴毒素B1、B2、G1及G2,與衛生署公告指定方法之高效液相層析管柱後碘衍生化反應比較,結果顯示二種反應所得之標準曲線線性及方法偵測靈敏度皆佳且相似;另就其他效益比較,光化學反應具有操作簡易、分析所需時間較短及設備費用較低等優點。

In order to establish more efficiency aflatoxin test method in food, high performance liquid chromatography is used with post-column in-line photochemical derivatization (PCD) to determinate level of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 in food. Comparing with the official method announced by Department of Health of Taiwan using high-performance liquid chromatography with post-column derivatization by I2 (I2D), the results showed that linearity of standard curves and sensitivity of detection obtained by PCD and I2D were equivalent. However the operating procedure, analytical time and cost of apparatus of PCD are easier, shorter and lower than I2D, respectively.
