摘要

295年度中部地區市售蔬果殘留農藥監測計畫之執行，由五縣市（政府）衛生局（台中縣、台中市、苗栗縣、彰化縣、南投縣）每月至各該轄區之超級市場及傳統市場抽取蔬果檢體送至台中縣衛生局，依行政院衛生署公告「食品中殘留農藥檢驗方法－多重殘留分析法（三）」，進行135種農藥項目的檢驗。共抽驗539件蔬果檢體，檢驗結果，其中不符規定者3件，佔0.6%。408件蔬菜檢體中，不符規定者1件，佔0.2%。131件水果檢體中，不符規定者2件，佔1.5%。3件不符規定蔬果檢體之原因分析，因超過容許量而不合格者1件，檢出規定不得檢出之農藥者2件；對不符規定者，地方衛生機關均已依食品衛生管理法處辦。

A monitoring program for pesticide residues in marketed fruits and vegetables was performed. A total of 539 fruit and vegetable samples were acquired by the local health bureaus from the supermarkets and traditional markets in central areas of Taiwan. The samples were analyzed by the multi-residue methods, which were promulgated by the Department of Health, to determine 135 items of pesticides. 71 in 408 (17.4%) vegetable samples and 18 in 131 (13.7%) fruit samples were detected with pesticide residues. One (0.3%) vegetable sample and two (1.5%) fruit samples violated the regulation set by the Department of Health. The overall violation rate was 0.6%. Of the samples that violated the regulations, one contained pesticide residue above the tolerance level, and two contained pesticide residues that were not allowed in fruits and vegetables. The local health bureaus have enforced the penalty based on the Food Sanitation Management Act.
