摘要


為瞭解台灣地區市售茶類產品殘留農藥情形,於95年3月至5月間委請17個地方縣、市衛生局抽樣,共計133件,包括茶葉100件,花草茶33件,茶飲料檢體則由本局自行抽購,共計30件,總抽樣件數為163件。依據行政院衛生署公告方法進行135種殘留農藥檢驗。163件檢體中有1件(0.6%)黃菊花檢體檢出加保利(carbaryl)1.2 ppm及陶斯松(chlorpyrifos)6.5 ppm,該2種農藥均不得殘留於黃菊花中,衛生局已依法對業者加以處辦。本調查結果於95年9月28日發布新聞在案。

In order to understand the pesticide residues in tea leaves, herb tea and tea beverage, 100 tea and 33 herb tea specimens were sampled by local health personnel from tea retailers and 30 samples of tea beverage were purchased from convenience stores from March to May in 2006. Samples were analyzed by the modified multi-residue methods in food, which were proclaimed by the Department of Health, to determine 135 types of pesticide. One (3.0%) herb tea specimens was found to contain carbaryl (1.2 ppm) and chlorpyrifos (6.5 ppm) that were not allowed in herb tea according to the Regulation of the Department of Health. The overall non-compliant rate was 0.6% in 163 of samples. Penalty was enforced by the local authority according to the Food Sanitation Management Act.
