園藝產品微量金屬元素之分析-草莓之鉛、鎘含量調查

Investigation of Trace Elements in Horticulture Products: Content of Cd and Pb in the Strawberries in Taiwan

摘要


為了解國產生鮮草莓之重金屬鎘(Cd)、鉛(Pb)之含量,及配合行政院衛生署逐年訂定國人食用園藝產品中重金屬限量標準之需求,本研究確立微量重金屬鎘及鉛元素之分析方法,並於民國96年1月間自台北地區、苗栗地區採購市售草莓檢體15件,進行檢驗分析。本研究樣品前處理採密閉式微波消化法,並配合感應耦合電漿質譜儀(ICP-MS)檢測分析。經以橄欖葉(olive leaves)標準參考物質確認方法後,應用此方法檢驗所抽樣草莓檢體,8件檢出鎘元素,其含量總平均值為0.003 μg/g(N.D.~0.010 μg/g),4件檢出鉛元素,其含量總平均值為0.001 μg/g (N.D.~0.004 μg/g)。以上結果顯示,15件草莓之鎘及鉛含量均低於國際食品標準委員會所訂定水果類鎘之最大限量為0.05 mg/kg及莓類鉛之最大限量為0.2 mg/kg。

In order to survey the trace elements cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) in the horticulture products according to the standards of the tolerance limit of heavy metals in food set by the Department of Health of Executive Yuan, a microwave digestion method is applied for the complete decomposition of the strawberries which were collected from the markets in Taiwan during January, 2007. The analysis was performed using an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) for the determination of heavy metals, Cd and Pb. The method was evaluated by using the stendard reference material of olive leaves. 15 strawberries were examined by this method and the result indicated that Cd was found in 8 strawberry samples and the total average content was 0.003 μg/g (N.D.∼0.010 μg/g). Pb was detected in 4 strawberry samples and the total average content was 0.001 μg/g (N.D.∼0.004 μg/g).
