為了解市售指甲油化粧品是否有違法攙加行政院衛生署公告不得使用之甲醇及氯仿成分,95年度由各縣市衛生局於公司行號、藥粧店、美容美髮精品店、百貨公司、量販店、製造廠或代理商、美容美髮材料行及地攤等處抽驗檢體103件,委託合約實驗室進行檢驗。結果顯示:有3件檢體檢出甲醇成分,其中2件甲醇檢出量超過公告限量值,另1件甲醇檢出量低於公告限量值(0.2%),氯仿則均未檢出。 外盒包裝或容器標示檢查方面,不符規定者37件(占35.9%),包括國產品22件,輸入品12件,未標示國別者3件,不符規定項目以未標示製造廠名稱及廠址(含國別)最多,有33件(占32.0%)。含量不合格2件檢體均已送交地方衛生機關,依化粧品衛生管理條例之規定予以行政處理。
In order to investigate whether methanol and chloroform were adulterated in the marketed nail polish products, 103 samples were randomly collected from vendors, agents, beauty saloons, cosmetics stores and drug stores by local health authorities in Taiwan during 2006. Samples were analyzed by contracted laboratory. The result showed that 3 samples were detected with methanols, which among them, 2 with methanol level higher than the allowed, as regulated by the Department of Health. Chloroform was not detected in all of the samples. 37 samples (35.9%) violated the labeling regulations.
