市售開心果、杏仁及瓜子中黃麴毒素含量調查

Survey of Aflatoxin in Pistachios, Almonds and Seeds

摘要


為瞭解市售開心果、杏仁及瓜子產品中黃麴毒素污染情形,於97年4月至6月間委請7個縣、市衛生局抽樣,共計111件,包括開心果25件,杏仁21件,葵瓜子22件,南瓜子25件及西瓜子18件。依據行政院衛生署公告指定之食品中黃麴毒素檢驗法檢測,結果有109件符合規定,開心果及葵瓜子檢體各有1件發現含有超出限量之黃麴毒素,檢出量分別為17.6及28.4 ppb,不合格率為1.8%。衛生局已依法對業者加以處辦。本調查結果已於97年6月5日及7月25日在衛生署消費者資訊網發布1則食品紅綠燈資訊及2則不合格食品資訊。

A survey of aflatoxin content in retailed pistachio, almond, and edible seeds was conducted by the Bureau of Food and Drug Analysis. One hundred and eleven samples including 25 pistachio, 21 almond, 22 sunflower seed, 25 pumpkin seed and 18 melon seed samples were collected by the local health officials from retailers from April to June in 2008. Samples were analyzed by the Chinese National Standard Method 4090. Eight samples (7.2%) contained aflatoxin ranging from 0.2 to 28.4 ppb. Among them, one pistachio and one sunflower seed samples (1.8%) were identified to contain aflatoxin at the levels of 17.6 ppb and 28.4 ppb respectively, which didn't comply with the regulatory limits (10 ppb) of aflatoxin in nut and seed set in Taiwan. Penalty was enforced by the local authority according to the Food Sanitation Management Act.
