摘要


以添加填料予以製備耐燃填料纖維,探討其對紙張耐燃性之效應,試驗結果如下: 1.製備耐燃填料纖維以氯化鈣與矽酸鈉配比用量以1:2,配比比例1:2,前攪拌時間5min;後攪拌時間15min之條件可獲最佳效果。 2.以耐燃填料纖維所抄製基重100g/平方公尺紙張無法具有耐燃效果,而基重200g/平方公尺之紙張尚有餘燼時間過長問題,基重達300g/平方公尺則可達CNS-7614薄材料防焰1級(12秒)之標準。 3.以耐燃藥劑處理耐燃填料纖維所抄製基重200g/平方公尺之紙張,可解決其餘燼時間過長的問題,且達CNS-7614薄材料防焰1級(12秒)之標準。 4.經SEM觀測照相及能量分散式-X射線分析,可證實耐燃纖維紙張乃因纖維表面,甚而細胞壁,均吸附有矽酸鈣或耐燃藥劑之成分而獲得耐燃效應。

This study investigated of the flame retardancy of paper by loading high-combustion-point fillers in the fibers. The results are shown as follows: 1.Desirable flame retardancy could be prepared from CaCl2 and Na2SiO3 in the 1:2 ratio with 5min.of premixing and 15min.of postmixing by chemical reaction in filling stage. 2.A filler-loaded paper of 100g/m^2 gave no effective flame retardancy. A 200g/m^2 loaded paper showed excessive residual glowing time after the flame was removed. A 300g/m^2 loaded paper could meet the criteria of CNS-7614 standard-”1(superscript st) class flame retardancy for thin materials less than 12 sec.”. 3.A fire retardant reagent treated filler-loaded paper (200g/m^2) dose not result excessive residual glowing problem after the flame is removed. 4.The flame retardancy of loaded-paper might result from the well absorbed CaSiO3 and fire retardant reagent's particles on the surface of cellulosic fiber or in the cell wall, as indicated by SEM and EDX analyses.
