臺大實驗林溪頭自然教育園區賴氏雌光螢（鞘翅目：雌光螢科）生物學及發光行為觀察

摘要

雌光螢科昆蟲因其生態習性特殊及移動能力不強容易形成狹布種，在生態學及動物地理學研究上極具特殊性。本研究以臺大實驗林溪頭自然教育園區所採集到之賴氏雌光螢（Rhagophthalmus jenniferae Kawashima et Satô, 2001），於2010年1月至12月進行野外觀察紀錄，並輔以室內飼養觀察攝影技術瞭解賴氏雌光螢之生物學資料。研究期間於2010年共計採集賴氏雌光螢42隻個體（36雄，6雌），2011年採集36隻個體（29雄，7雌），證實溪頭地區確實有雌光螢科昆蟲存在，且具有穩定族群，成蟲高蜂期集中於5月，棲息地主要為柳杉（Cryptomeria japonica）人工林中濕潤且陽光不會直接照射之林下範圍。本文亦描述賴氏雌光螢之發光行為、幼蟲生物學特性、棲地特性及物候學（phenology）等生態相關資料，提供臺大實驗林進行螢火蟲保育規劃及夜間解說、生態教育推廣之資料參考。

Rhagophthalmidae species will form stenocoenose species easily because of their special ecological characters and little capacity to migrate. This study provides a basic biological information of Rhagophthalmus jenniferae (Coleoptera: Rhagophthalmidae) through field observations and video recordings in indoor nurture of Xitou Natural Education Area, NTU Experimental Forest. A total of 42 R. jenniferae individuals were collected in 2010, including 36 males and 6 females, respectively. An additional observation in 2011 found 36 individuals, including 29 males and 7 females, respectively. This confirmed the steady distribution of the R. jenniferae in Xitou Area. The results show that R. jenniferae occurs in humid and shaded understory of Cryptomeria (Cryptomeria japonica) plantation in May. The descriptions of the luminescence behaviors, the larvae biological characteristics, the habitation characteristics, and phenology of R. jenniferae also provide valuable information for the conservation planning, night commentary, and promotion of ecological education.
