翡翠水庫地區蝴蝶多樣性之研究

Study of Butterfly Diversity at Feitsui Reservoir

摘要

為探討翡翠水庫地區蝴蝶之多樣性，自2012年1月起至12月進行蝴蝶資源調查，期間遇3月低氣溫，造成調查誤差值偏高，因此再於2013年3月補充調查1次，計13次，共記錄5科148種6,121隻次蝴蝶。特有種7種分別為臺灣鳳蝶(Papilio thaiwanus)、臺灣綠蛺蝶(Euthalia formosana)、臺灣小紫蛺蝶(Chitoria chrysolora)、埔里三線蝶(Neptis taiwana)、大波紋蛇目蝶(Ypthima formosana)、大黑星弄蝶(Seseria formosana)、細帶黃斑弄蝶(Potanthus motzui)等。2013年3月補充調查中新增黃星鳳蝶(Chilasa epycides melanoleucus)、綠底小灰蝶(Artipe eryx horiella)、尖翅褐弄蝶(Pelopidas agna)、雌白黃蝶(Ixias pyrene insignis)、玉帶黑蔭蝶(Lethe verma cintamani)及寬紋黃三線蝶(Symbrenthia liaea lunicas)等6種。分析3條穿越線樣區生物多樣性指數，以天車路樣區的值最高，Simpson index、Shannon-Wiener index且Evenness分別為0.971、3.967且0.841。道路區樣區次之，分別為0.961、3.864且0.802。辦公室樣區則較低，分別為0.960、3.772且0.801。綜合以上之分析得知天車路之蝴蝶生物多樣性指數值均較道路區樣區及辦公室樣區為高。翡翠水庫地區蝴蝶資源以生物多樣性指數分析Simpson index值為0.969，Sharmon-Wiener index值為4.000，Evenness值為0.800。比較臺灣北部地區的蝴蝶資源現況得知，應屬於近平原到低海拔生態系中的熱點，具有開發以蝴蝶為環境教育主題之活動潛力。

To explore the butterfly diversity of Feitsui Reservoir, butterfly survey was conducted during January to December in 2012. Low temperatures and rainy day in March 2013 were caused a bias of species richness during survey working. Therefore supplementary resurvey in March 2013 and counted 13 times totally in the project. The results have showed that 5 families 148 species were recorded and seven species are endemic to Taiwan as followed: Pepilio thaiwanus, Euthalia formosana, Chitoria chrysolora Neptis taiwana, Ypthima formosana, Seseria formosana, and Potanthus motzui. In supplementary survey, six species are newly to this area and they are Chilasa epycides melanoleucus, Artipe eryx horiella, Pelopidas agna, Ixias pyrene insignis, Lethe verma cintamani and Symbrenthia liaea Iunices. An analysis of biodiversity index from three transect lines, the higher indexes of were found in Tain-jyu Road Area which are 0.971 in Simpson index, 3.967 in Shannon-Wiener index, and 0.841 in Evenness. Followed by Road Area, the indexes showed 0.961, 3.864 and 0.802 accordingly. Office Area demonstrated lower numbers with 0.960, 3.772, and 0.801. In conclusion, Tain-jyu Road Area has higher biodiversity than other sampling areas. Overall, indexes of butterfly biodiversity of Feitsui Reservoir are 0.969 (Simpson index), 4.000 (Shannon-Wiener index), and 0.800 (Evenness). As comparison with butterfly fauna of northern Taiwan, Feitsui Reservoir should represent low-elevation forest ecosystems and hotspot of biodiversity. Local butterfly resources have highly potential for environmental education and conservation in the future.
