中高齡生態解說志工活動涉入、地方依附與責任環境行為關係之探討

A Study of Relationships among Activity Involvement, Place Attachment and Environmentally Responsible Behavior for Senior Volunteer Eco-Interpreters

摘要

為因應國人日益重視自然資源永續經營與環境行為型塑之養成，本研究旨在探討中高齡生態解說志工活動涉入、地方依附與負責任環境行為關係。希冀瞭解志工活動涉入、地方依附與負責任環境行為之相互關係，以開啟中高齡族群實際參與推動環境永續與維護生物多樣性之良好模式管道，培養並可實踐負責任環境行為之公民。本研究採問卷調查法，共發出500份問卷，有效樣本432份。研究結果顯示中高齡生態解說志工之活動涉入與地方依附具正向顯著相關，地方依附與負責任環境行為具正向顯著相關，活動涉入與負責任環境行為亦具正向顯著相關。建議管理單位提高志工活動涉入程度及其誘因，此可加深地方依附感，並得到強化環境行為之綜效。

In response to increasing importance of sustainable management of natural resources and cultivation of environmental behaviors, the purposes of this study were to research relationships among activity involvement, place attachment, and environmentally responsible behavior, and to develop good involving model for senior groups in promoting environmental sustainability and maintaining biodiversity patterns. 500 questionnaires were distributed in this study. Out of which, 432 valid questionnaires were collected among the senior volunteer eco-interpreters on 30 academic institutes of nature conservation. The empirical results showed the followings: (1) there was significantly positive correlation between activity involvement and place attachment, (2) there was significantly positive correlation between place attachment and environmentally responsible behavior and (3) there was significantly positive correlation between activity involvement and environmentally responsible behavior. Finally, this study suggested that managerial agency could promote incentives of activity involvement for volunteer eco-interpreters, which could further intensify synergy of activity involvement and environmentally responsible behavior.
