溪頭地區孟宗竹林葉面滯塵量之研究

Study on Dust Retention of Moso Bamboo Forest in Xitou Area

摘要


森林環境具有潔淨空氣與促進身體健康等多功能性,其中最大的功臣是葉子,可以葉面積總值計算光合作用的產能以及淨化空氣的能力。溪頭地區的空氣污染來源幾乎是人類活動造成過量的懸浮微粒,為此,本研究以隨機取樣方式針對溪頭地區的孟宗竹(Phyllostachys pubescens)林選取十個地點調查其淨化空氣的功能,特別是滯塵量(PM_(10)、PM_(2.5))與水溶性硫化物。我們利用魚眼鏡頭攝影技術換算葉面積指數,並且採取樣本分析其滯塵量與硫化物的截流量。結果顯示4種型態葉片之滯塵量與硫化物的截流量依序為成熟葉>枯損葉>老熟葉>幼葉,平均滯塵量為0.539 mg/cm^2,換算每公頃的竹林葉片滯塵量平均為1.377 kg;而硫化物的截流量0.998μg/cm^2,每公頃平均的竹林葉片硫化物截流量為每公頃0.013 kg。

Forest environment exhibits multifunctions such as air purification and contribution to human health. The crucial factor of such functions is the leaves, and can be measured by the LAI (Leaf Area Index) that is closely related to the products of photosynthesis and the ability of air purification, especially for sulfides and dusts. Given that the major sources of the air pollutants in Xitou come from the anthropogenic activities, this study aimed to investigate the efficiency of Moso bamboos in air purification by randomly sampled a total of 10 plots at the Moso Bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens) Forest in Xitou area. With inventory data and collected leaf samples, as well as the assistance from shooting fisheye lens, we calculated LAI, single leaf area, dust-retention ability, and sulfide-retention ability. The results showed that the mature leaves had the highest dust and sulfide retention ability among the four leaf types, followed by withering leaves, old matured leaves and young leaves. The quantity of dust-retention ability is 0.539 mg/cm^2 or 1.3767 kg per hectare, while the sulfide-retention ability is 0.998μg/cm^2 or 0.013 kg per hectare.
