穩定藥劑處理對紅土與青灰泥岩邊坡穩定效果之研究

STUDY ON THE SLOPE STABILITY OF LATERITE AND MUDSTONE WITH DIFFERENT CHEMICAL STABILIZERS APPLICATION

摘要


在山坡地之保育與利用過程中,邊坡之穩定爲最重要課題之一。本試驗之目的乃以本省分佈較廣之台地紅土與靑灰泥岩之邊坡土壤予以化學穩定藥劑之處理,而探討其對邊坡之穩定性與對破壞防止之效果,以供日後對該土壤有效利用時之參考。試驗分室內實驗與野外試驗二部分進行。兩試驗均以生石灰、氯化鈣、矽酸鈉與偏磷酸銨等四種穩定藥劑,各分爲0%、1%、2.5%、5%、10%與20%等六種不同之比例,添加於這兩種土壤中,使其充分地混合後,於不同的時間,分別採取土樣,測定其pH值、膨脹率、團粒穩定度、飽和導水率、阿太堡限界與抗剪強度等土壤性質的變化,以尋求穩定藥劑最佳之種類及添加之比例。其結果得知:以氯化鈣處理者,不具有穩定之效果。而以生石灰、矽酸鈉及偏磷酸銨等三種處理,則都對兩種土壤均具有良好之穩定效果,其最適宜之添加比例均爲10%左右。而且在添加三十天後即能發揮良好之穩定效果。

For the slope land development and use in Taiwan, the slope stability is the most important problem. The purpose of this study is the possibilities of adopting the chemical stabilizer methods to prevent slope failure of Laterite and Mudstone. The results obtained can be used for the comprison of Laterite and Mudston e slope stability treating. This research consists of laboratory and field experiments. The samples of Laterite collected from Chia-Pao Village of Lin-Kou and the samples of Mudstone collected from Chung-Pu of Chia-Yi, were treated with CaO, CaCI_2, Na_2SiO_3 and {NH_4)_2 HPO_4. The Chemical Stabilizers were added with various amount to the samples, such as 0%, 1%, 2.5%, 5%, 10% and 20%. Treated samples were used to test the following soil properties: pH value, swell percent. aggregate stability, hydraulic conductivity, Atterberg Limit and shear strength. T he results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Calcium Chloride (CaCl_2 ) has no effect on the stabilization of Laterite and Mudstone slope soils. 2. The Chemical Stabilizer Quick Lime (CaO), Sodium Silicate (Na_2SiO_3) and Ammonium Phosphate Dibasic [(NH_4)_2 HPO_4] are satisfactory as stabilizers. The added percent at 10% of CaO, Na_2SiO_3 and (NH_4 HPO_4 have the best stabilizing effect on Laterite and Mudstone slope soils, and the best stabilizing effect is obtained after treatment for 30 days or more.
