強化山坡地管理防止不當開發之探討
Study on Enhancing Slopeland Use Control and Preventing Its Illegal and Unsuitable Development

Abstract: To enhance slopeland use control and prevent its illegal and unsuitable development, the present illegal uses and problems in patrolling and punishment are analyzed. Slopeland control measures to improve the present situation such as formulation and revision of laws and regulations, and enhancing administration on patrolling and prohibiting are also suggested.
