土石流堆積特性之探討(II)土石流之堆積形態

Studies on the Characteristics of Deposition of Debris Flow (II) on the Deposition Forms of Debris Flow

摘要


依質量不滅及動量平衡理論,雖可推估土石流之堆積長度,惟對土石流流出谷口後之橫向擴張堆積,尚無適當之理論可資應用,因之,本文乃藉渠槽試驗以觀測土石流之堆積形態,從而探討土石流之堆積特性,以補理論之不足,並作為土石流防治之參考。經本試驗之分析結果顯示,土石流流出谷口後之擴張度受上下游流路坡度之變化、土石流材料特性及流速等因子所影響。同時,若能測得堆積之長度、寬度、面積及溪谷寬度,則由經驗式推估土石流段波之高度,似乎為一可行之方法。又土石流堆積之形狀受土砂粒徑組成之影響極為顯著。

Based on the principle of conservation of mass and the theory of momentum equilibrium, an equation for estimating the depositing length of debris flow can be derived. However, it still difficult to derive an equation for expressing the phenomena of expansion when the debris flow is flowing out the mouth of valley: In this paper, an flume experiment conducted to observe the deposition forms of debris flow in laboratory is presented. The characteristics of the deposition is also discussed. The result of the experiment showed that the expansion on the lateral side was influenced by the change of stream bed slope, the flowing velocity, and flowing materials. It will be a possible way to estimate the bore of debris flow by empirical equation, if the deposition length, width, area and the width of the valley are known. And the deposition form of debris flow is significantly influenced by the composition of grain sizes.
