石質邊坡綠化植物葉片表面與解剖構造特性

選取中部堤防邊坡佔優勢之十三種蔓藤植物-葎草、爬牆虎、串花藤、葛藤、馬鞍藤、山葡萄、雞屎藤、馬纓丹、羊角藤、三葉爬崖藤、槭葉牽牛、千金藤及紅梅消,觀察其形態特性及葉片解剖。串花藤氣孔密度最小、不具柵狀組織,但有似泡狀細胞,此可能與其耐旱性有關。氣孔除馬鞍藤凸出表皮細胞外,餘十二種供試植物均略凹陷於表皮細胞,或為毛茸覆蓋,其中以千金藤最為明顯,均具一般旱生植物氣孔下陷之特徵。由此可瞭解其在特殊生育地應變機制,以供綠化植物篩選之參考。

The objective of research is to investigate the physiological charateristics of greenery plants on stony slopes in Taiwan. The results obtained would be referrable for greenery at stony siopes. Based on morphological and anatomical studies, all 13 dominant species on stony slope showed xerophytic traits. The stomatal density of Boussingaultia cordifolia was the lowest. Except Ipomoea pes-caprae, the stomata were inside the epidemal cells.
