防砂壩對白河水庫集水區整治率之推估研究

Estimating the Complete Ratio of Check Dams in Bair-Her Watershed

摘要


集水區泥砂生產量之多寡對於下游河川及水庫之水資源有密切影響。因此,對於改善水資源質量最根本之方法,應是在於對上游集水區的治理。然目前台灣對於集水區治理之成效,並無明確之評估方式,因此本研究擬利用土壤沖蝕指標模式估算的土壤沖蝕量,與配合地形及土壤特性推估之崩塌量,藉由量化的集水區整治率,針對集水區治理前後其土砂生產量之差異,來評估白河水庫集水區上游河道興建之防砂壩對土砂抑制的功效,以提供水庫集水區上游在土砂治理規畫時之參考依據。然而針對泥岩地區,若僅以防砂壩之方式來減低水庫之泥砂入流量,效果並不佳,亦即整治率不高。

The sediment yield of watershed seriously influence the water resource of downstream rivers and reservoirs. Therefore the management of the upstream watershed is the basic method to improve the water resource. However, there is no exact method to evaluate the complete ratio in Taiwan so far. This study uses the soil erosion index model and the landslide equations to evaluate the sediment yield. The major purpose of this study is developing and estimating the complete ratio of check dams in Bair-Her watershed. However, the efficiency of check dams for decreasing sediment yield is not valuable in mudstone area.
