水庫永續利用之允許入流含砂量及含磷量探討

摘要


本研究旨在建立水庫入流泥砂量及水質推估模式,並配合水庫永續使用年限之訂定,以探討水庫永續利用條件下之合理入流泥砂區間,以德基水庫爲例,從水資源永續使用之層面考量,集水區合理入流泥砂量介於2.7與10.4萬立方公尺/年之間。但若考慮水庫水質不優養之標準下,則上限將降至4.5萬立方公尺/年。而在現有之淤砂情況下,若不考慮清淤操作,則平均每年僅能容許約7.6萬立方公尺的泥砂進入水庫,方能維持德基水庫水資源之永續利用。

The purpose of this research is to estimate reservoirs inflow sediment yield and water quality. Based on the conception of sustainable development, the rational interval of the inflow sediment can be anticipated. In the case of Tehchi reservoir, the rational interval of the inflow sediment is bounded from 2.7x10^4 to 10.4x10^4 m^3/yr. If the eutrophication control is considered, the maximum will be reduced to 4.5x10^4 m^/yr. In the present situation without dredging, Tehchi reservoir can maintain the water resources sustainable only if the annual sediment yield is lower than 7.6x10^4 m^3.
