雙出流口式滯洪壩滯洪水理特性之研究

摘要


山坡地設置滯洪池之目的是藉由洪水短暫儲留於池中,以降低集水區下游的洪峰流量與洪峰到達時間。本研究採用出流口形式爲上,下方出流口流況分別爲堰流與孔口流之雙出流口式滯洪壩,首先針對入流歷線,出流口流量公式,滯洪容積與水文連續方程式之推導及數値模式之建立;並進行滯洪試驗,包括出流口流量係數之求算,以及變量流試驗進行出流口尺度之實驗與數值解比較,探討滯洪池之滯洪水理特性與數值解之正確性,冀盼藉由相關之經驗式與數值方法之建立,對山坡地河川設置滯洪設施之參考依據有所助益。

Detention basins in hillslope drainage systems serve to reduce the peak flows downstream of the watershed. In this study, detention dam with dual outlets structured by orifice and rectangular weir was employed. First, we constructed the inflow hydrograph, discharge formula of outflow device, detention volume, continuous equation and numerical model were built in the first step. Then we executed the detention pond test to find the discharge coefficient of outflow device. The variable discharge test was used to compare the difference in outflow scale between the experimental result and numerical solution. This study proposed several formulas for the design basis of stream detention facilities in hillslope.
