有機栽培水稻紋枯病非農藥防治法之探討

Studies on the Control of Sheath Blight of Rice in Organic Cultivation by non-Agrochemical Method

摘要


本研究自88年二期作起至93年二期作止在本場嘉義分場有機栽培田進行,自88年二期作起至89年二期作止,採人工接種,90年一期作起採自然發病,目的在探討如何利用非農藥方法來防治有機栽培水稻紋枯病。由結果知到一期作的罹病指數皆比二期作高,且不論是一期作或二期作,其罹病指數皆逐年降低。93年兩個期作的各處理區之罹病指數皆比對照區低但僅一期作各處理區的罹病指數比對照區低且達顯著差異水準。93年一期作的枯草菌及粘帚黴菌處理區、二期作的枯草菌處理區其公頃產量高於對照區且達顯著差異水準。

The experiment was carried out in organic paddy field of Chiayi branch station, Tainan DARES from 1999 to 2004 in order to investigate the effects of some production of antagonistic organism such as Bacillus subtillis, Streptomyces sp, Gliocladium sp. and some extracts of plant for controlling the sheath blight of rice in organic cultivation. The result showed that the disease index decreasingly both in 1st and 2nd crop, and the disease index of each treatments were lower than that of control but only in 1st crop have significantly different in 2004. The yield of Bacillus subtillis and Gliocladium sp treatments in 1st crop and the yield of Bacillus subtillis treatment in 2nd crop were higher and have significantly different than that of control in 2004.
