應用ACC合成酶(CsACS1G)分子標誌於全雌胡瓜育種之探討

Study on the Application of ACC Synthase (CsACS1G) Molecular Marker Assisted Breeding in Gynoecious Cucumber

摘要


本實驗選用臺灣27個胡瓜商業品種,分析花性表現及CsACs1G基因關係,結果顯示其中只有A07、C03等2個品系表現全雌之形態,B06、B07及B11等3個品系則表現高雌形態,但其植株均具有CsACs1G基因。分別分析B06、B07與C06雜交之F1及其F1自交第一代(Fs1)、自交第二代(Fs2)植株花性表現及CsACs1G基因分離關係,F1結果顯示:CsACs1G基因/全部植株比例及全雌株/全部植株比例,分別為26/47、10/47及23/38、7/38。Fs1結果則分別為38/49、11/49及31/50、7/50。Fs2結果則分別為39/50、5/50及35/49、8/49,其中F1、Fs1、Fs2之受測植株,全雌植株皆僅在具CsACs1G基因存在時出現。

27 Taiwan's commercial cucumber varieties were used to examine the relationship between the sex expression and CsACS1G gene contents. The results showed that the A07 and C03 were gynoecious, B06, B07 and B11 were sub-gynoecious, while all the A07, B06, B07, B11 and C03 contain the CsACS1G gene. The sex separated progeny from the cross B06 × C06 and B07 × C06 were employed to study the CsACS1G gene related to the sex expression of cucumber. The results showed that the ratio of gynoecious plants to tested progeny plants and containing CsACS1G plants to tested progeny plants in the F1 hybrids, respectively, were 26/47 to 10/47 and 23/38 to 7/38, in the Fs1 progenies progeny as 38/49 to 11/49 and 31/50 to 7/50 and in the Fs2 as following 39/50 to 5/50 and 35/49 to 8/49. In fact, all the gynoecious plants contains the CsACS1G gene.
