Exploring the Key Agricultural Management Competence of Excellent Youth Farmers in Tainan District: An Application of Analysis Hierarchy Process

摘要

本研究運用AHP層級分析法（Analysis hierarchy process）探討雲嘉南地區蔬菜產業績優青年農民在經營管理能力之重要先後順序，藉以瞭解未來培養青年農民時如何提升其經營管理關鍵能力。評估構面之先後順序以產品行銷管理構面為最重要，生產規劃管理構面次之，其餘則依序為生產技術與人力管理構面、資訊與政策應變管理構面、資金規劃與資料分析管理構面、創新研發管理構面。就細項能力評估之先後順序而言，依序為品牌建立能力、產品通路選擇與掌握能力、田間規劃設計能力、農產品目標市場選擇能力、決定輪作制度與操作能力、決定栽培作物種類及品種選擇能力、廣告媒體運用能力、產業政策應變能力、產品定價能力、農場團隊的管理與運作能力等，建議培育青年農民時可針對項目之重要順序加強改善，以提升經營管理能力。現有技術：以企業經營之生產、行銷、人力、研發、財務管理分析經營管理能力。創新內容：利用AHP層級分析法探討績優青年農民經營管理關鍵能力。對產業影響：具備基本生產技術的青年農民可學習績優青年農民所認為的重要經營管 理能力，以減少摸索之時間。

This study adopted the analytic hierarchy process to explore the order of importance in agricultural management competence of vegetable superior young farmers in Tainan district and the results will be used to improve the youth farmers management competence. The order of the assessment perspectives, the ＂marketing perspective＂ is considered to be the most important, followed by production planning perspective, production technique and human resource perspective, information and policy response perspective, financial planning and data analysis perspective, innovation (R & D) perspective. The order of the assessment factors are capabilities in, brand building marketing channel selection and control, farm planning and design, target market selection, crop rotation and operation, determination of crop and varieties, advertising ability, the industrial policy response, product pricing, and farm team management. All these factors were supposed to the improved first, then enhance the agricultural management competence of young farmers. What is already known on this subject? Analysis of production, marketing, men force, research & development and financial management and management efficiency had been used in enterprise management. What are the new findings? Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used for the first time to analyze the management proficiency of youth farmers. What is the expected impact on this field? The youth farmers with the basic production skills can reduce the time wasted by learning the important management factors which were considered from the excellent youth farmers.
