結球萵苣供應鏈加值整合策略之研究

摘要

經研究訪查及資料蒐集分析，整理出結球萵苣供應鏈加值方向，包括：1.外銷規模仍有成長空間，然缺乏品牌行銷，不利價值的提高；2.產業之相關競爭者成員整合，可在外銷國家市調、檢疫(國際驗證)..等，彼此互補合作先創造市場；3.除貿易商外，國內業者的外銷能力相當薄弱，有必要進一步提升；4.就整體而言，擴大國內生產面積是可能的，萵苣外銷日本及國內市場尚有空間；5.自由貿易協定（FTA）影響大，亟需政府大力協助；6.除傳統市場外，大型連鎖超市、食材業者、團膳、餐廳已開始重視食品安全，且態勢相當明顯，慣行農法之業者應掌握此一契機轉型從事驗證農產品的耕作，以提升農產品的附加價值；7.成功的務農業者，往往或多或少地採取企業化經營的理念，很明顯地，農企業在供應鏈的運作上扮演著關鍵性的角色。現有技術：目前多以SWOT分析產業優劣勢、機會及威脅來發展企業經營管理相關策略。創新內容：本研究利用商業模式分析法來探討產業供應鏈/價值鏈間鏈結關係及加值策略。對產業影響：提供產業供應鏈/價值鏈間鏈結關係之改善建議，以及未來加值策略研擬之方向。
