結球萵苣供應鏈加值整合策略之研究

Study on the Value-added Integration Strategy of Lettuce Supply Chain

摘要


經研究訪查及資料蒐集分析,整理出結球萵苣供應鏈加值方向,包括:1.外銷規模仍有成長空間,然缺乏品牌行銷,不利價值的提高;2.產業之相關競爭者成員整合,可在外銷國家市調、檢疫(國際驗證)..等,彼此互補合作先創造市場;3.除貿易商外,國內業者的外銷能力相當薄弱,有必要進一步提升;4.就整體而言,擴大國內生產面積是可能的,萵苣外銷日本及國內市場尚有空間;5.自由貿易協定(FTA)影響大,亟需政府大力協助;6.除傳統市場外,大型連鎖超市、食材業者、團膳、餐廳已開始重視食品安全,且態勢相當明顯,慣行農法之業者應掌握此一契機轉型從事驗證農產品的耕作,以提升農產品的附加價值;7.成功的務農業者,往往或多或少地採取企業化經營的理念,很明顯地,農企業在供應鏈的運作上扮演著關鍵性的角色。現有技術:目前多以SWOT分析產業優劣勢、機會及威脅來發展企業經營管理相關策略。創新內容:本研究利用商業模式分析法來探討產業供應鏈/價值鏈間鏈結關係及加值策略。對產業影響:提供產業供應鏈/價值鏈間鏈結關係之改善建議,以及未來加值策略研擬之方向。
