摘要

黑豆新品種臺南11號係臺南區農業改良場於2017年6月育成，採用雜交育種法，於2008年春作進行人工雜交，母本為臺南3號，父本為92(1)-6。F2～F5培育選拔採混合法，F6族群成熟期選拔優良單株，經品系試驗、地方試作等試驗。結果顯示黑豆新品種臺南11號具有高產、耐白粉病，抗氧化能力高等優良特性。臺南11號生育日數春作106天，秋作96天。植株屬於有限生長型。春作株高53公分，秋作株高58公分。花紫色，葉為羽狀三小葉，小葉銳卵形。種子扁圓形，種皮及種臍黑色、子葉為綠色，百粒重22～28公克。籽實產量每公頃春作3,018公斤，秋作3,142公斤。乾基蛋白質（39.2％）含量高，營養成分豐富，適合作黑豆茶、豆漿、豆腐等產品。現有技術：現有青仁黑豆主要栽培品種為臺南3號，此品種產量較低且易感染白粉病。創新內容：黑豆新品種臺南11號係以臺南3號為母本，保留抗氧化力之優點，改善產量及抗病性。對產業影響：將來會取代臺南3號。

Tainan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station released a new black soybean variety in June, 2017. The variety was originated from a cross made between a black soybean variety Tainan No.3 and a line 92(1)-6 in the spring crop, 2008. Bulk method was used in the following generations from F2 to F5 for selection and propagation of seeds. After the plant selection process in F6, the seeds went through a series of stand field evaluation trials according to the official protocols. The variety then was named black soybean variety Tainan No.11 in 2017. It was many characteristics better than black soybean Tainan No.3, such as high yielding, resistant to powdery mildew, and higher antioxidant capacity. Tainan No.11 required 106 days in the spring and 96 days in the fall crops to maturity. Plant height is about 53 cm in spring crop and 58 cm in fall crop with purple flowers, trifoliate sharp leaflets, yellow seed coat and helium, green cotyledon. The 100- seed weight is between 22 and 28 grams. The average yield is 3,018 kg/ha in the spring crop and 3,142 kg/ha in the fall crop. Because it contains as high as 39.2% of protein, it is an ideal variety for making food procession such as black soybean tea, tofu, and soybean milk etc. What is already known on this subject? The main black soybean variety with green cotyledon at this moment is Tainan No.3. It is, however, not resistant to powdery mildew and the yield is lower. What are the new findings? Tainan No.11 has the same antioxidant capacity as Tainan No.3. But its yield is better and is resistant to powdery mildew. What is the expected impact on this field? Black soybean Tainan No.3 will be replaced by Tainan No.11 in the future.
