臺南地區芒果作物栽培模式經營效益之研究

摘要

本研究針對臺南區農業改良場轄區（雲林縣、嘉義縣市、臺南市）之芒果栽培業者，調查其生產效益與經營管理。並作初步的分析檢討，以利本身之經營運作及改善。本研究藉由用DEA分析經營績效，透過商業模式分析法來探討經營者價值鏈間鏈結關係及加值策略。從損益平衡的觀點來看，以目前芒果經營成本調查情形，每公頃產量需達16,299公斤（或8,120公斤）以上、售價最少應為34.8元／公斤（或69.7元／公斤）以上，才有利潤可言。產量與品質之間的平衡，孰輕孰重，須由經營者調整決定。從經營效益來看，有10位芒果生產者／農民之規模效率為1，是處於最適規模報酬狀態，即最適當生產規模下，有最理想之經營績效，可以為其他芒果經營者標竿學習對象。現有技術：目前多以SWOT分析產業優劣勢、機會及威脅來發展企業經營管理相關策略。創新內容：本研究先利用DEA分析經營績效，再以商業模式分析法來探討經營者供應鏈／價值鏈間鏈結關係及加值策略。對產業影響：提供經營者供應鏈／價值鏈間鏈結關係之改善建議，以及未來加值策略研擬之方向。

A questionnaire was given to the producers of mango fruit in Tainan district for the collection of data related to the production benefit and management. The data were analyzed and used as information to improve their benefit and management. DEA and business model analysis is adopted to evaluate the value added strategies for the producers. In order to achieve break even, mango production should reach at least 16,299 kg/ha (or 8,120 kg/ha) or more, the price should be up to 34.8 NT$/kg (69.7 NT$/kg) or more. There are ten producers with scale efficiency at 1. It is the optimum state returns to scale. Therefore, they can be used as benchmarking learning objects for other farmers. What is already known on this subject? The SWOT analysis are commonly used in the development of production strategy. What are the new findings? DEA and business model analysis are adopted to evaluate the value added strategies for producers. What is the expected impact on this field? The information can be use by farmers to improve their operation efficiency.
