組織結構、全面品質管理;ISO9000與競爭優勢、組織績效之結構化模式分析

摘要


企業在面對顧客之高品質、低價格、交期短之需求的全面性產業競爭下,需透過全面品質管理(TQM)的推動以健全公司體質並強化其競爭力。而ISO9000系列標準對內強調品質保證與品質管理制度,有助於全面品質管理持續改善理念的執行。甚且在國際化的競爭壓力下,各國企業莫不視品質為提昇競爭優勢的重要關鍵。因此,近年來國內眾多廠商均積極推動ISO9000的認證及全面品質管理的實行,以有效提昇產品在國際間市場上的競爭力。 有鑑於ISO9000與全面品質管理對企業獲得與維持競爭利益的重要性,且攸關組織結構、全面品質管理、ISO9000、競爭優勢與組織績效之整合關連模式的研究甚少。因此,本研究以台灣製造業為研究對象,利用問卷調查及LISREL等統計分析方法,進行上述各構面因果關係模式之實證。研究結果顯示,企業的組織結構若愈具有整合/協調能力及正式/標準化程序,則愈能夠順利的推行ISO9000的認證,且有助於TQM持續改善的落實,並進而強化企業的競爭能力且提昇組織的績效。

”Enforcing the requirements of customer's satisfactions with high quality, low price, and short cycle time, under which a firm get involving in a seriously competitive situation, the firms should implement the TQM to enchant their operation performance; and therefore strengthen their competitive ability. ISO 9000 is a helpful instrument to implement the continuous improvement of the TQM since the ISO 9000 stresses the quality assurance and quality management system of the firms. Furthermore, intensify competition internalization trend in today's markets have speed of the firms. Furthermore, intensify competition over the world. Due to the ISO 9000 and the TQM are two key activities to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage of the firms in the international markets, and there is seldom study concerning the associations between them and organization structure, competitive advantage, as well as organization performance, the study will build a framework to analyze the relationships among those factors by using the manufacturing firms in Taiwan as an investigation population. Through the data collection by using questionnaire investigation from the firms of manufacturing in Taiwan. By LISREL, we verify the relationships of cause-effect among the organizational structure, ISO 9000, TQM, competitive advantage, organizational performance. The results reveal that the good integration s well as coordination, ability and a normal process in the organizational structure, not only helpful to implementing ISO 9000, TQM, but also strengthening the competitive ability and enhancing the performance for a firm.
