超高速真空模組附加創新連接器對精油萃取之研究

Essential Oil Extraction Study of Ultra-High-Speed Vacuum Module for Additional Innovation Connector

摘要


本研究材料為白千層(Melaleuca leucadendra)及樟樹(Cinnamomum camphora),主要探討應用超高速真空模組及增加創新的連接器裝置,相對於水蒸餾、水蒸氣蒸餾法,比較收率、活性及成分之差異。結果顯示在精油收率部分以水蒸餾法(Water distillation, WD)之收率最高;超高速真空萃取法(Ultra-high-speed vacuum, UHSV)之精油對DPPH自由基清除能力比水蒸餾、水蒸氣蒸餾法(Steam distillation, SD)萃取之精油佳;抗發炎即細胞存活率試驗結果則顯示超高速真空萃取之白千層精油細胞存活率佳,對細胞不具毒性作用,水蒸氣蒸餾法萃取之白千層精油細胞存活率差。抗發炎反應方面,超高速真空萃取之白千層精油,在濃度100 ppm具有較好的修復發炎反應。綜合以上結果,超高速真空萃取法再加裝經過改良連接器後,白千層精油收率,可由1.02%增加至1.21%,收率增加19%;樟樹的部分則收率增加37.62%。

This study was to explore the different extraction methods of Melaleuca and camphor oil yield , composition differences and whether there were differences in leaves essential oil for DPPH radical scavenging and anti-inflammatory response. The results showed that the water distillation had better extraction yields, ultra-high-speed vacuum extraction had better DPPH radical scavenging capacity than water distillation and steam distillation to get the essential oil. Anti inflammatory response, the ultra-high-speed vacuum Melaleuca oil extraction, the concentration of 100 ppm was good anti-inflammation activity. Anti-inflammatory and cell viability test results were displayed the cell good viability in ultra high-speed vacuum extraction, and did not have toxic effects on cells, and extracts of Melaleuca oil steam distillation cell survival was poor. Based on the above results, ultra high-speed vacuum extraction could get better benefits in the present study.
