蔬菜栽培農民對小包裝蔬菜之反應調查報告

Response of Vegetable Producers to Small Packaged Vegetables

摘要


為探究擴大推行蔬菜小包裝行銷之可行性,以全省蔬菜生產農民847樣本為對象,調查樣本基本資料對小包裝蔬菜之反應及全面推行之需要性與配合條件。所得資料經由DBASE III建檔,SAS統計分析程式行頻度分析,結果如下:1.不同小包裝蔬菜名稱,以聽過清潔蔬菜66.9 %最多,其次為小包裝蔬菜60.35 %,再次為精緻蔬菜46.08 %,最少為安心蔬菜13.80 %。91.5 %喜歡小包裝蔬菜,81.2 %認為其價格合理。40.06 %認為以塑膠袋包裝較適宜,33.97 %則認為以結束(把)較適宜。2.調查對象中88.7 %,認為需要全面推行小包裝蔬菜行銷方式。全面推廣應配合之條件,以建立品牌、商標化(49.94 %),普設農藥殘毒測定(48.76%),運銷冷藏設備(38.13 %),普設販賣處(40.02 %)最重要。

In order to understand the extension possibility of shipping small packaged vegetables directly from producers to market a total of 847 farmers were investigated. The inquiry data including their response to the small packaged vegetables, necessity and other related condition were analyzed. The collected information were created by the dBase III for analyzing frequency using SAS program. The results are as follow:The percentages of inquired people who familiar with clean vegetables, small packaged vegetables and quality vegetable, safety vegetables were 66.90%, 60.35%, 46.08% and 13.80%, respeetively, while who satisfied to the preference appearance and price of small packaged vegetable were 91.5% and 81.2%, respectively. Data also indicated that materials could be adopted for small packaged vegetables were PE bag (40.06%) and bounded (33.97%).88.7% of the investigators claimed need to extend the small packaged vegetables marketing system. They also seggested that other related supplerentaries such as pesticide residue testing (48.76%), cooling facilities (38.13%). collecting and grading places (40.02%) and commodity labelling (49.94%) were needed to be matched with marketing system.
