葉菜類蔬菜播種機之研製

Development of Seeding Machine for Leafy Vegetables

摘要


本機械設計原理係利用旋轉盤(即播種盤)周邊上溝槽一端之杓子,將種子槽內之種子舀起,當舀起的種子,隨著旋轉盤之旋轉至高於水平面上時,即可經由原溝槽向下滑落種口,掉落在地面上。如此隨著旋轉盤連續的旋轉,即可完成播種作業。本機在室內架室旋轉測試結果得知,平均播種率可連99.75%,而每杓可精確播3粒者之次數可達93.1%。此外本機模擬田間播種試驗結果得知,播種率可高達99.83%,換言之,即缺播率僅0.17%。由本機之室內測試結果得知,空轉播種測試與模擬田間播種測試之播種率分別為99.75%與99.83%,數據幾近相同,顯示本機之播種功能應可肯定。此外本機在田間實際播種結果,蔬菜生育情形良好,且生育初期行距排列非常整齊,植株之分布亦非常均勻。

A new type of vegetable seeding machine was diviced and developed in the station. The seedling mechanism of the machine consists of several multiangular disks and seed ditches. Each side of the multiangular disk has a groove, and each end of the groove has a small scoop. While the disk is rotating, 2-3 seeds will be scooped up from the seed ditch, and slided down along the groove. With the rotation of the disks while the machine was pulled ahead, vegetable seeds would be seeded on the soil surface evenly.The results of the laboratory tests of the machine showed that seeding rate reached 99.75%, and simulation of field tests also showed that seeding rate reached 99.83%. The results of field trials showed that vegetable seeds were distributed evenly and vegetable seedling grew very well.
