摘要
為解決水稻噴藥人工不足和減輕噴藥操作人員的勞累，並提高噴藥安全性，81年元月從日本引進丸山牌BSA 400-01型桿式噴藥機2組分送桃園場及台南場嘉義分場，進行各項性能測試工作及田間實際噴藥作業。經初步測試得知，當噴嘴藥液壓力固定在20 kg/cm^2，26個直徑1.3厘米之噴嘴每分鐘噴藥水量為33公升。且噴藥機以二檔速度行走時，配合噴藥桿臂寬度8公尺作業，該桿式噴藥機平均每小時可噴藥1.5公頃。該機操作簡單，可減輕農友噴藥之辛苦。經調查得知該機在紋枯病，褐飛蝨之防治上比傳統式噴藥有較佳效果，可減低藥劑之使用量及降低農藥對環境之污染，經統計一期作噴藥3次，每公頃可增加10,699元之收入。

In order to solve the shortage of labor, reduce the tiredness of operator and enhance the safety of spray, two sets Model of BSA 400-01 sprayer with high pressure was imported from Japan and tested. The results of the tests showed that the sprayer under 26 nozzles with diameter 1.3 centermeter and 20 kg pressure per square cm with 8 meter spread width could spray 1.5 hectare area by second drive speed per hour. The Model of BSA 400-01 sprayer could reduce labors, pesticide, enhance the production of rice and avoid pollution of enviroment. Moreover, it could be enhanced the income to 10,699 NT$ in one hectare by using the Model of BSA 400-01 sprayer with three times sprayed in one crop season.
