土壤處理對設施內葉菜類產量及品質之影響

Effects of Soil Treatment on Yield and Quality of Leafy Vegetable Grown in Plastic House

摘要


本試驗係於設施內以殺茵劑消毒土壤及施用不同土壤改良劑等處理,探討其對長期連作葉菜類之產量及罹病率之影響。結果顯示,種植前每平方公尺的栽培面積以25%依得利乳劑2cc稀釋1500倍,或以85%邁隆可濕性粉劑25 g稀釋120倍處理土壤,可降低設施內小白菜及白花芥藍之罹病率,尤對夏作產量之提高有顯著的效果。又每平方公尺的面積中添加1 kg木屑、雞糞、豬糞、牛糞或2 kg之樹皮等堆肥亦均可降低罹病率,雖各個處理對產量的影響不顯著,但均較未施有機肥之對照組為佳。

Experiments were conducted to compare the effect of different soil treatments or compost on the yield and disease incidence of leafy vegetable in plastic house. The disease incidence of the Pak-choi and kale were induced by treating with Dazomet (25 g/m^2) or Etridiazol (2 cc/m^2) to the soil. Higher yields were also obtained in the summer. Supplying the SH mixture at 100 g/m^2 or Dolomitic limestone 200g/m^2 to the soil could reduce the disease incidence and increase the yield. Applying wood dust compost, chicken dropping compost, pig dropping compost 1 kg/m^2 each or bark compost 2 kg/m^2 could reduce the disease incidence. Although there were no significant difference between yields of four treatments, but the yields from all treatments were higher than the control.
