摘要

本文主要介紹首次辦理「居家照顧服務員訓練班」之經過及其成效。參訓學員30人，結業29人。主要訓練課程為各種常見疾病徵兆之認識與簡易處理、個人衛生與照顧、運動障礙與被動運動、營養與膳食療養、人際關係與溝通技巧、生命徵兆、安全防護、心肺復甦術及實習等課程。為提高學員學習的興趣，安排學員健康檢查、辦理平安保險。結訓後有50%的學員回饋醫院服務。因此，家政班員、家政指導員、醫院護理部都有意願繼續辦理此項訓練，以提高服務自己家人及鄰里社區。

This paper is aimed to introduce the effectiveness of opening a training class for home care service workers. A total of 30 trainees attended to the class and 29 of them finished the course. The contents of training course targeted to understand the symptoms of commonly occurring disease, simple treatment of the diseases, personal hygiene, exercise for the disabled, symptom of life nutrition and diet remedy, personal relationship and skill of communication. In order to raise the interest in the class, all trainees were arranged to have medical checkups, and enrolled in safety insurance. It was found that at the end of the class, half of trainees were come back to service at home care center. Therefore, the home economic members, home economic guides and the nurses are willing to continue being engaged in this training course so as to serve their neighborhood and community and try realize the meaning of life and the importance of health.
