盆菊插植期對植體生長及營養吸收之效應

摘要


本研究之目的,在探究盆菊插植時期對植體生長及營養吸收之影響,並分析生育期間植體生長及養分吸收之變化情形,以及兩者之相互關係。試驗自1997年7月至1998年6月於桃園縣新屋鄉進行。結果顯示,盆菊植體生長量及養分吸收量受生長期溫度及日照時數影響甚巨,生長期間溫度常高及平均日照時數長時,插植後二週植體乾物重及養分吸收即開始持續快速增加,生長期間溫度若低及平均日照時數短時,則於插植後約五週才開始持續緩緩增加,且需較長之營養生長期。盆菊植體氮、磷及鉀之吸收量,以鉀最高,其次為氮,再次為磷,其含量比值10月26日插植者為8.4:1.0:10.5,11月20日插植者則為7.0:1.0:9.0。植體生長量與各種養分吸收量之關係,不受插植時期影響,均呈極顯著正相關。而單位乾物量在10月26日插植者需要較高量的氮、鉀及鎂,磷及鈣的需要量兩不同插植期之間差異不大,但鐵的需要量在11月20日插植者反較10月26日插植者為高。

The effects of transplanting time on the plant growth and nutrient uptake of potted chrysanthemum, and the relationship between vegetative growth and nutrient contents were studied.Temperature and sunshine affected plant growth and nutrient uptake of potted chrysanthemum in different growing period. Vegetative mass and nutrient uptake of plants were hastened two weeks after transplanting, at high temperatures, and long duration of sunshine were maintained through out the warmer growing season, whereas under the condition of low temperatures and short duration of sunshine; the increase in rate of vegetative growth and nutrient uptake was delayed until five weeks after transplanting.The N, P, K concentration ratios of plant tissue was 8.4 : 1.0 : 10.5 for early transplanting, and 7.0 : 1.0 : 9.0 for late transplanting. The results revealed that the nutrient uptake was correlated positively with vegetative mass.The data also indicate that the chrysanthemum plant transplanted on Oct. 26 required a higher amount of N, K and Mg. However, the Fe requirement was lower than that of the Nov. 20 transplanting. There was no difference in P and Ca uptake between two different transplanting treatments. Measurements of the nutrient concentration in the plants have shown that the highest concentration of potassium in the tissues was obtained from potted chrysanthemum. Next was nitrogen concentration, then the phosphorus concentration.
