北部地區短期葉菜產銷個案研究-以八德市蔬菜產銷班為例

Case Study of Agriculture Production and Marketing Group of Bade City on Short-term Leafy Vegetable Production and Marketing in the Northern Region

摘要


為探討北部地區蔬菜產銷班擴大經營規模之條件與運銷概況,及其對短期葉菜產業之影響,本研究以八德市蔬菜產銷班第三班經營面積1公頃以上,並辦理共同運銷之10位農友為對象,調查其短期葉菜運銷概況並做分析。10位農友經營面積計16.1公頃,旺季每日運銷短期葉菜20,000至30,000台斤,淡季6,000至10,000台斤,運銷通路包括台北地區三家批發市場,價格由市場供需決定;三家行口(三重、桃園、中壢),價格由行口報價;零批商10家,價格由產銷班訂價供應。包裝及運輸方式,供應批發市場為15公斤(25台斤)紙箱,供應行口商為140至150台斤塑膠籃裝,兩者皆由產銷班雇用卡車運送;供應零批商部分,視零批商需求採紙箱及籃裝,由零批商到集貨場取貨自行運輸。本班在短期葉菜之產銷,由於經營規模之擴大及運銷方式之改進,降低產銷成本,提高市場佔有率,但也影響到短期葉菜市場供需及價格的變動,對於經營面積較小之傳統菜農,產生極大的衝擊。

For the purposes of exploring the qualifications required for operation expansion and production distribution by primary producers of short-term leaf vegetables in the northern regions and conducting further study on the impact of the expansion of the vegetable farms' operations on the short-term vegetable industry, the study utilized Short-Term Leaf Vegetable Production Distribution Group III in Bade City which had more than one hectare of area under management and 10 primary producers who were participants of the mutual distribution arrangement as the study's samples. Surveys were conducted on the production and marketing processes and analyses were made. Total area under management by the ten primary producers was 16.1 hectares. Short-term leaf vegetables distributed each day ranged between 12,000 to 18,000 kilos during the peak season and 3,600 to 6,000 kilos during the low season. The distribution channels included three wholesale markets in Taipei and prices were determined based on market demand; three central markets in Sanchung, Taoyuan and Chungli and prices were quoted by the central markets; ten retailers and prices were set by the Production and Marketing Group. In relation to packaging and delivery methods, supplies to the wholesale markets were packed in boxes, each weighing 15 kilos, while supplies to central markets were packed in plastic baskets, each weighing 84 to 90 kilos. Trucks were arranged by the Production and Marketing Group to deliver supplies to both types of buyers. Supplies to retailers were packaged either in boxes or plastics according to retailers' requests but supplies were collected and transported from the central loading zone by retailers themselves. Due to operation expansion and improvements on distribution approaches, production costs of the group's short-term leaf vegetables were reduced and the market share was increased. Nevertheless, supply and demand of the short-term leaf market and price fluctuations have also been affected by the changes, which in turn had adverse consequences on traditional primary producers with smaller fields under management.
