品牌水果線上品質檢測、貼標籤及分級自動化系統之研發

Development of On-line Quality Inspecting, Labeling and Grading System for Fruits

摘要


本研究主要目的在結合近紅外線、影像及機電整合等技術,開發出品牌水果線上品質檢測、貼標籤及分級自動化系統以,應用於水果品質之分級。本系統適用於果皮厚度在0.3 cm以下之水果,如寄接梨等水果均可進行線上分級,並黏貼標籤,分級速度每分鐘可達90個以上,且選別品質與實際品質相關係數高達0.84。本系統可應用於國內多種水果之品質分級,其機能性優於日本進口之機種,而售價僅為日本進口售價的八分之一。

This work aimed to integrate the near-infrared spectrophotometer, image process, and mechatronics techniques and develop an on-line nondestructive photoelectric grading machine for fruits. This system was applicable to grade and label pear fruits with below 3-cm rinds. The grading capacity was 90 grains per minute and the coefficients of determination between the real and predicted quality was 0.84. This new grading machine was versatile. The price of commercialized model of this system was estimated one eightieth of imported sale price.
