摘要


本研究以感應偶合電漿原子發射光譜〈inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, ICP-AES〉,分析血清中之鈣、鎂、鐵、銅及鋅之含量。標準校正曲線僅需以水溶液配製,血清除以水稀釋外,不須其他任何前處理,也不需使用標準添加法。此法甚為快速、精確。本法之可靠性並經Biotrol-33 Plus標準血清加以驗證,準確度甚佳。

A rapid and precise method for the simultaneous determination of Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu and Zn in serum by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry has been developed using aqueous synthetic multi-element solutions for calibration. The method does not need to pretreat the serum except for simple dilution. The standard addition methods are also not necessary. This analytical method checked with Biotrol-33 Plus is reliable for clinical determination.
