台灣南部地區的環境汙染物致突變性之調查

摘要


應用愛姆氏試驗法(Ames test)分析台灣部地區環境汙染物34件樣品,經過重覆檢驗三次,以便了解台灣南部地區環境汙染物中致突變性物質之分佈情形。 三次檢驗之平均陽性反應率,分為癈水樣品有45.2%,汙泥樣品有56.3%,癈氣排煙收集樣品有58.3%;全部樣品在三次檢驗中有兩次以上呈陽性反應者佔52.94%;五種標準檢定菌株(沙門氏桿菌) 在三次檢驗中之平均陽性反應率以TA100最,高其次序為TA102,TA104,TA98及TA97a等菌株。

The Ames’ spot test was used to detect mutagens and carcinogens that might be present in our enviromment. Thirty-four samples of sewage, sludge and air particulate pollutants were collected from the southern Taiwan area. Three repeated experiments indicated that the positive rate for sewages was 45.2%, while the positive rates for sludges and air particulate pollutants were 56.3% and 58.3% respectively. The five standard tester strains of Salmonella typhimurium LT2 used in these experiments varied in their positive rates. TA 100 strain showed the highest positive rate. The order of the other four bacterial strains in terms of their positive rates was TA 102, TA 104, TA 98 and TA 97a strains.
