Free Temporo-Parietal Scalp Flap for Upper Lip Reconstruction
以自有顳頂頭皮瓣重建上唇
摘要
我們利用根基於淺層顳動脈之頂部分枝所支配之顳頂頭皮瓣，成功的重建了一位上唇幾乎全部喪失之患者。為了得到對稱之髭，皮瓣之中心點必須設計在顳頂頭皮瓣之交接處。利用此種皮瓣來重建男性上唇，不但可掩蓋不雅觀之疤痕，又可得到自然對稱之鬍鬚。

Exploration was done for a free temporo-parietal scalp flap based on the parietal branch of the superficial temporal artery. Successful reconstruction was performed in a nearly complete loss of the upper lip. The means of gaining a symmetrical hairline of the flap is to locate the central point of the flap at the junction of the temporal and the parietal scalps. Using this flap to reconstruct the upper lip provide a one-stage reconstruction, camouflaged the unsightly scar, and offered a natural appearing moustache.
