成人鼻腔及上頜竇之血管肉瘤－病理所見，臨床觀察及免疫化學之研究
Angiosarcoma of the Nasal Cavity and Maxillary Sinus in Adults - Pathological Findings, Clinical Observation and Immunohistochemical Studies
摘要
成人鼻腔及上頜竇之血管肉瘤是一罕見之腫瘤。本研究例取自十年以來高雄醫學院病理科所診斷的病例，僅各有一例。除了病理所見及臨床觀察外，並以免疫化學法所得結果，試探腫瘤細胞的來源。我們認為此腫瘤之生成，可能是由於血管內皮細胞的分化被阻斷所致。

Angiosarcoma, a rather rare malignant vascular tumor, is extremely rare in the upper respiratory tract. Two cases (one from maxillary sinus, the other from nasal cavity) were collected from the Department of Pathology of Kaohsiung Medical College Hospital from 1977－1987. According to the pathological findings and immunohistochemical studies (Factor VIII-related antigen, Ulex europaeus agglutinin I), we suggest that the pathogenesis of this malignant vascular tumor is due to blockage of the differentiation of vascular endothelial cells.
